Reports of user not receiving the confirmation email.

Hi folks, I've fielded a a few messages that some users have not received their registration confirmation email.

I'm not sure if the messages got sent to junk folders, lost in the ether or the system just got overloaded (almost 250 new users in 24 hours!). Either way, my apologies to those who were left waiting...

While I investigate the issue with our hosting provider, if you are waiting for more than five minutes for your confirmation, please contact the Admin team via the "Contact us" page at the bottom of any forum page. Include your username and email address and I'll manually approve your account.
