Another great YouTube Channel is xraytonyb

Post by jlwood3 »

If you haven't checked out Tony's channel I highly recommend it! He is a super guy and like Mark, does a very good job explaining things to those of us with a lot to learn. He features both tube and solid state equipment and also does a lot of FM tuner alignment work, which is another area I am very interested in learning about.

Completely agree.

I have mainly 2 channels to learn and exchange.
Mark and Tony.

The two best channels IMHO. Paul Carlson is in a class by himself, and I am sure Mark wouldn't mind me saying that.

Xray Tony is a great channel, cant wait till he gets going again after all this is over with. His fillers are still good and I have learned a lot about solid state with him.

Yes, I personally don't care for his political views but he can be entertaining and I think he is a brilliant technician. It amazes me how he can take a roached out tube tv that has been laying outside in the weather for years and bring it back to life. Watching his videos has definitely improved my diagnostic skills!
